Refund and Returns Policy
REFUNDS
Only regularly-priced services can be refunded. The services sold to customers generally cannot be refunded once delivered. We only make exceptions to this refund policy when the services delivered fail to meet the descriptions of this site; that is, we will refund your purchase when an error, not as a result of force majeure, results in the delivery of services that unambiguously and self-evidently does not conform the described and intended scope and purpose of a purchase option.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted for software, services, among others.
Our Refund and Returns Policy is valid for 30 days after delivery of services. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot honor any requests for refunds or exchanges.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t apparently received a refund, after authorization and confirmation, it is best to first check with your banking institution before contacting us. There is often variable processing time before your refund is posted.
If this does not resolve the issue, contact your credit card company; again, note that it may take some time before your refund is posted.

Only regularly-priced services can be refunded. Services offered on discount for sale cannot be refunded.
